Welcome to the Spring issue of the newsletter featuring ringing related news from Leicestershire, and beyond.
At this time of year things feels like they are on the move, no less in the pages of this newsletter. Our ropes may be on the move in the tower as the dry weather lengthens them(!) but bells are also on the move at Harby as they leave the tower for the refurbishment work; learners are moving on too as can be seen in recipients of Learning the Ropes certificates, and the number of firsts appearing in performances on Bellboard; and ringing teachers are learning more as well, with a report on the recent ART conference.
