October Newsletter 2023

Welcome to the latest issue of the Leicester Guild Newsletter.

This issue is full of articles showing that Bellringing in Leicestershire is as vigorous as ever, and the activities that we get up to range across the ringing spectrum: from teaching new recruits; helping existing ringers progress through the training weekend; and on to the Guild entering a 12 bell striking competition.

We look to the past, with the anniversary of the extent of Major rung at the bellfoundry in 1963; and to the future, with a report of the Foxes young ringers’ trip to York for the RWNYC.
