Welcome to our new Guild Newsletter. Hopefully you will find plenty of news and articles to interest you, letting you know about ringing in Leicestershire. I shall also be including links from further afield within the ringing community nation- and world-wide.

If you have anything you would like included in future issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch. It can be anything from a feature length article, to a small few paragraphs or just a photo with a caption. It might be about a restoration project, something historical, or just a note congratulating a ringer on an achievement they have been working hard towards – anything ringing related in Leicestershire.

Photos and videos are always welcome – don’t forget to tell us who is in shot, and where you were at the time.

Issues will be published on the 1st of January, April, July and October. The deadline for copy is one week before.

I usually print off the newsletter to take to my tower. Can I still do that?

Yes. Each newsletter will still come in a printable format, though you will miss out on some of the pictures, videos and other non-printable items. In the menu at the top of the page is a link to the current newsletter in PDF format.

I’m looking for a certain article, how do I find it?

If you know exactly the article you want, you can use the search bar – found to the right of the page on a computer; or scroll down to the bottom to find it on a mobile device.

If you just want to browse articles about a certain topic, you can use the tag cloud. This is below the search bar and includes topics which have been covered in the articles.
