The teams competing were: Leicester Foxes, two teams for Birmingham Brumdingers, Nottingham, Oxford, Coventry, Derby, Peterborough, and Worcester.

The piece for the competition was either call changes or 180 changes of any method, we chose to ring plain bob doubles. During the afternoon, while the competition was taking place, Loughborough Bell Foundry was open for ringing, ranging from rounds on 12 to surprise major.

Everyone arrived back at the hall at around 5pm, waiting for the results to be announced by the judges Lewis Benfield and Kiera Boylan. Every team completed their piece and were awarded a percentage, trophies were given to the highest scoring call changes team and the highest scoring method ringing team.

After the results, over 125 people (including adults) had a buffet tea. To finish off the day, there was more ringing at Loughborough Parish that anyone could go and take part in.
