Rosemary has been informed that The King wishes to appoint her Member of the Royal Victorian Order in His Majesty’s Birthday Honours List to be published on Saturday, 15th June 2024 in the London Gazette, national newspapers and online.
This is in recognition of her role as former Nosegay maker for the Royal Maundy Services.
Rosemary has been involved continuously since 1984 and in 2008 was granted a Royal Warrant of Appointment to HM The Late Queen Elizabeth II.
Sadly, due to her accident in 2022 Rosemary was unable to attend The Service at York Minster in 2023. She did, however, make the necessary arrangements from her hospital bed to ensure that the usual high standards were maintained.
Rosemary is an honorary member of the Sandringham Association of Royal Warrant Holders, City and Guilds and the British Florist Association.
